RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

    Our Philosophy

  • We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from Fiesta Resortwear. We at Fiesta Resortwear work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion of highest quality and at amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, we are happy to accept a request for an exchange. 

    How to exchange?

    We offer an exchange policy for certain products (dresses, co-ord sets, jumpsuits, tops, skirts, blazers, shrugs) only if there is a fit issue. If we don't have the size available in the style you selected, we can issue a credit note or can give another style. Please note that the exchange window is 2 days from delivery. Orders ust be shipped back to Fiesta Resortwear within 2 days of delivery for your product to be eligible for exchange. Post which no exchanges are entertained.

    We charge INR 250 for style exchange (for transportation cost) wherein we pickup the product from you, and exchange for the new product to be shipped to you. Pickup by delivery can take anywhere from 2 to 6 days depending on their service at the time the request is raised. 

  • Alternatively, we also offer Self Ship: wherein we only charge INR 125 for delivery of your new order, this amount is deducted from your credit note or alternatively charged to you as COD charges at the time of delivery.

    How to claim exchange?

    You can mail us at support@fiestaresortwear.com OR You can also Whatsapp Us On +919810283622 clearly stating your order number, name, and reason for the exchange. 

    There are two options to exchange the product:

    Option A: Exchange pick-up through Fiesta Resortwear: Charged at INR 250

    We will get in touch with you to request a convenient date and time for pick up by our delivery partners, provided that your address is serviceable for return pickups by our delivery partner. 

    Please hand over the securely packed package to our delivery partner.

    Option B: Self-ship: Charged at INR 125 for the new exchange delivery

    In case you decide to self-ship or returns pick-up is not available in your area, please ship the product securely to the following the address shared with us when you initiate a exchange request, also please share the tracking info on support@fiestaresortwear.com and on +919810283622 via Whatsapp

  • Few conditions to consider for exchanges

    - Exchange request need to be within 2 days of the delivery of product, beyond which unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange under any circumstances.

  •  The echange request needs to be inititaed via Whatsapp or email before we can proceed with this.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the tags and invoice.

  • Your order, once exchanged, if prepaid will be shipped back to you only once you send us the amount as indicated above for re-shipping.
  • Credit notes issued where an exchange is not possible, after subtracting INR 250 (for orders picked up Fiesta Resortwear) OR subtracting Rs. 125 for orders self-shipped back to us. Alternatively this amount will be charged to you at the time of Delivery as COD charges in case you do not have enough credit. 

  • Please note that till we do not receive full information from you, we will not process a return from our end. We do not accept any couriers that we are not already expecting to arrive. Please mention your name/order number on the package such that it is easily visible, we are not responsible for the return of the parcel if we cannot locate its origin or order number or if the parcel was couriered back by you without it being accepted as an eligible exchange by our team. 

  • Cancellation Policy

    Fiesta Resortwear reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The brand will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

    If you wish to cancel an order once it has been placed you can do so, provided the product has not been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel you need to contact our customer care on WhatsApp at +919810283622

    How to pack your 'for exchange' package?

    It is very simple. If you wish to exchange the product, securely place the product along with all original tags in the envelope and seal the envelope using an adhesive strip.

  • Please read our return and exchange policy below.

     

    Return Policy for Online Orders:

    • To initiate an exchange, please contact us on Whatsapp within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. 
    • We DO NOT accept exchange or return swimwear due to hygiene concerns since these products come under the intimate wear category.
    • Cover ups : We do not accept returns or exchanges on Cover ups
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges on Body Essentials.
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges on Accessories, Hats OR Bags.
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges on Sunglasses.
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges on Jewelry.
    • We DO NOT accept exchange or return on ANY items that has been purchased on sale or with a discount code. 
    • We only accept one exchange per product purchased: and the exchange window is strictly two days. 
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges on Accessories, Sunglasses and Jewelry due to the delicate nature of the product. Plating is sensitive to moisture, including water and sweat. Refrain from spraying perfume, hair spray or other chemicals once the jewellery is worn. Avoid contact with all liquids.
    • International Orders: We do not accept returns on International Orders due to high logistics costs.
    • In case of manufacturing defect returns, we will require your email address, phone number and order number for us to proceed along with evidence of the defect, Furthermore, we require proof via Pictures and Videos of the product and the defect. The team will scrutinize these requests on a case by case basis and get back to you within 5 working days. 
    • Please allow 15 business days for the entire process to be complete ONLY in case of a manufacturing defect or size unavailability. The exchange timeline for manufacturing defects will vary depending on the size, colour and style availability.
    • For product exchanges, you need to dispatch your product back to Fiesta Resortwear the next day of receiving your product, (i.e within the 24 hour period) we don’t accept exchanges after that period due to the product hygiene and possible use of our product. Products dispatched to us after this time frame will not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. 
    • Please allow us one week to process return requests due to defects. 
    • Please note we only accept returns if there is a manufacturing defect with the product, and in no other circumstance. 
    • For us to accept a return, the products have to be unused and the tags have to be secure on the product. Any sign of usage (tears, scratch, stains, broken hardware or foul odor etc) will result in failure of quality check and rejection of the return. All decisions are final. 
    • Once we receive your return, we will either exchange the product or issue a credit code for the product amount which is valid on the website for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.
    • Please try clothing articles with the tags on to check sizes. If you are happy with the product you can remove the tags and trot around town being a fashionista. If you have removed the tags of the product, we cannot accept the return.
    • In case you receive a damaged piece, please email us at support@fiestaresortwear.com or whatsapp us at +919810283622, with your order number and pictures of the damage in the product within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Please keep the tags intact. We will respond within 1-2 working days and dispatch a new piece as soon as the return process is completed.
    • For us to accept a exchange, the products have to be unused and the tags have to be secure on the product. Any sign of usage (tears, scratch, stains, broken hardware or foul odor) will result in failure of quality check and rejection of the return.
    • Please try clothing articles with the tags on to check sizes. If you are happy with the product you can remove the tags. If you have removed the tags of the product, we cannot accept the return.
    • Please note that all bags, labels, tags and packaging material must be in place before requesting for a return or exchange. Products that don’t have packaging and tags in place, won’t be accepted.
    • Products bought using a Fiesta Resortwear credit code are not applicable for returns or exchanges. Fiesta Resortwear  allows one size exchange per a full priced product in any order. If Fiesta Resortwear has provided one size exchange for a product, we cannot accept another return or exchange on that product.
    • Fiesta Resortwear will only either exchange the item if its eligible for exchange or issue you a credit note that can be used on the website for a period of 6 months. As per policy the credit note will be issued (minus COD handling charge, shipping charges, packaging and logistics charges) 
    • Fiesta Resortwear requests clients to please ensure the packaging guarantees the product safety when couriering back to us. Any products received with broken parts, scratches, stains or any other damage will not pass our return quality check and will be returned back to you as received.
    • International Orders: We do not accept any returns or exchanges on International Orders due to high logistics costs.
    • We do not provide refunds for any orders. Fiesta Resortwear  will issue a credit code for the amount paid(minus COD handling charge, shipping charges, packaging and logistics charges)  upon receiving the product in unused and perfect condition.
    • For any returned product that does not pass our quality check due to stains, tears, odor, broken hardware or any other damages, the return will not be accepted and we will ship it back to the client at an additional logistics charge of INR 250.
    • If any order placed using a credit code cannot be fulfilled by Fiesta Resortwear, we will reissue the credit code (with the same expiry date as before). No refund will be made for any order.
    • We cannot accept returns on any products that have been damaged or tarnished due to daily wear and tear.

           

  • How to use your CREDIT CODE: 

    • A Fiesta Resortwear credit code is applicable on our all products including the ones which are already on sale. It is valid up to a period of 3 months  from the date of issue.
    • If your code is below INR 10,000, it should be redeemed all at once. If you use the code for any value below the code amount, the entire code is void and the balance amount cannot be redeemed in any other way.
    • If your code is above INR 10,000, it can be split for a maximum of 2 different orders. To do this, please inform us within 24 hours of placing your first order using the code. We will not be able to split the code if we are not informed within the specified time frame.
    • Please note that till we do not receive full information from you, we will not process a return/exchange/credit code request from our end. We do not accept any couriers that we are not already expecting to arrive. Please mention your name/order number on the package such that it is easily visible, we are not responsible for the return of the parcel if we cannot locate its origin or order number.

      

    General Exchange and Return Guidelines

    • Returns and/or Exchanges are accepted only if the tags, labels, packaging, and all other elements are intact and untouched and the product should be in re-saleable condition as deemed by the Fiesta Resortwear quality check team.
    • We only allow ONE exchange per purchase provided that the product has all the labels and tags in place.
    • All exchanges / returns courier charges must be bourn by the customer. Fiesta Resortwear will not pay for the courier charges to return or exchange our products.
    • The client will be chared the shipping cost as an actual shows as COD cost when the product is exchanged, failure to pay and accept the order will result is forfeiting the amount of the 'shipping fee' the same will be reduced from the credit note issued to the client and of the garments cost. 
    • Return costs and re-shipping charger will be adjusted against the credit note issued to the client.
    • If you with to return your product we will credit you with the amount you paid for the product, however we will subtract shipping charges incurred by us and packing charges incurred by us, before we credit you. 
    • There will be no return accepted on Accessories, Swimwear, Jewelry, Cover Ups, Body Essentials, Shapewear, Nightwear and Lingerie.  
    • Goods bought on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Fiesta Resortwear issues a credit code in case of return which is valid for 6 months only from the date of issue.
    • Returns and exchanges are only allowed for manufacturing defects.
    • Please note that all bags, labels, tags and packaging material must be in place before requesting for a return or exchange. Products that don’t have packaging and tags in place, won’t be accepted.
